Catering For Soft Centre Artists Dinner - feeding over 40+ international Artists
A Kafana is more of a pub / tavern than a restaurant. It's where people would go to meet once borders were crossed to eat and drink all night. You would drink rakija & eat home-cooked food reminiscent of mums, all social boundaries are erased, disguises are dropped, and people are once again their true selves.
We swapped a venue for a home setting down a 12 metre long driveway, adorned with hanging pot plants & set up an 9 meter long table with mismatched wooden & aluminium white chairs, white table cloths & home traditional home-cooked food. What better way to feed people this way before their long journey home ✈
